The best time to cut flowers is in the cool of the morning. We begin in the flower field with a tour and a farm inspired beverage. Next up you get a pair of snips and bucket a wander through the paths cutting your own bouquet. Once your flowers are cut join the chef at the dinner table in the flower field for a multicourse bunch inspired by the season and the best of what is available in our local community.
